This product was recommended to me by an opthomoligist to help with chronic dry eye. It helps some, but the omega 3's are the most important feature. Flavor is good. Shipment and delivery was outstanding. Cost is quite a bit cheaper than buying it in the store, even with shipping costs.

The flavor is very pleasant and you get more bang for your buck than you would with fish oil capsules. This bottle lasts about 3 months - just remember to keep it refrigerated once you open it.
