I read a ton of reviews saying how this helped so many people, I just want to know how. The second I sat on this cushion is flattened out to the width of a piece of paper and provided absolutly no support for where i needed it. I might as well sit on a stone slab. I highly recomend going with a different prodcut, maybe even taking your own pillow and cutting out a little square in the back. This cost $25 but I feel like I wasted $2500.
