OK, they are short socks, about mid-calf but they are soft and you wont slip! I wear them over the GI style mens over the calf so I get warmth and no slipping! Our house has all tile floors so they are slippery and cold! Got them for my whole family.

I bought these when I came home from back surgery. They were easy for my husband to take off and put on me. I was disappointed in that they were sort of rough. The bottoms worked well enough and they held up after 2 washings, so far. They were o.k. for what I needed, but if you are looking for soft socks, these are not it.Product Review: non skid socks
