This product did not help my child to go to sleep any easier at all. He was still anxious and needed our comfort. Tried it 1/2 hour before bed all the way up to 1-1/2 hours before bed and no difference.Product Review: helps my 20 mos old relax

Some nights my 20 month old just has trouble relaxing. She squirms and squirms and just cant sleep. A couple of these under the tongue and shes out in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely love them.
