I must say that I was unsure about purchasing this prior to my transatlantic flight because the reviews were so mixed.
I am happy to report that this is an excellent product that I can totally recommend.
When I first got my hands on this item I was unsure if it could really support my head.
But its not until you sit in one of those nasty coach class seats that you realize that it does indeed keep your head from snapping forward and jolting you from a nap.
Did I sleep during my trip to England, well not really, but this was not the fault of this item.
I could barely move or feel my legs in coach on Continental Airlines.
I have been a customer of Amazon since the 90's and rarely if ever post a review of a product I purchase.
I feel that this item is excellent and I hope more people become aware of it.
Make sure you order the right size for your neck though.
