I bought this pack after trying out some cheap ice packs from Rite-Aid and wow what a difference! The Caldera pack stays colder longer and feels like it reaches a lower temperature than any other ice pack I have ever used. I mainly use the pack for bruises or for my knee after playing basketball and it works great. The included sleeve works really well too, it's good quality, protects your skin, and doesn't hinder heat transfer. I would definitely recommend this product, I now have 2 of these Caldera packs.
