which might help explain the price. I am using it on a wall mounted gas furnace that has no fan. I really like it and it works but I think I need 2 of them to do the job as well as I would like. Fan worked about 2 weeks and than it won't start back up when we put wood in stove without priming blades. Blades seem very slow. Its not on a very hot woodstove but when it does work doesn't really move air flow across room. If you put a piece of paper behind fan it will pull paper in slight amount. Put paper in front of fan and about 5 inchs from blades the paper doesn't move either. I bought the three blade fan thinking it would work better. Not impressed. I know someone who has an older 2 blade and theirs will lift up off stove if stove gets to hot. This one doesn't do that.Product Review: wood stove fan

This fan is not worth the money. It does not project heat. It's nice to look at if you want to watch the speed of the blades in comparison to how hot your fire is, but it's not worth the money if you really want it to circulate air. I am disappointed with this purchase.
