This didn't bloat me like regular creatine and I didn't feel "thirsty". Kre-Alkayn is without a doubt the best delivery of creatine available. Especially better then the earlier systems of delivery or the regular creatine.
This also doesn't convert into creatinine, which is why you don't get the bloating and cramped stomach.
Excellent to try for all body builders, weight lifters and runners (some say it helps endurance, so go ahead runners, give it a try)

Kre-Alkalyn features a buffered creatine in a pharmaceutical delivery system providing maximum stability and absorption. Creatine monohydrate has been proven through a decade and more of research to enhance strength, endurance, and subsequent athletic performance. The only disadvantages of traditional creatine monohydrate are the extremely short term stability, rapid conversion into the bi-product creatinine when exposed to liquid, and subsequent poor absorption into the bloodstream. Kre-Alkalyn is ph buffered for maximum absorption and stability and solves this dilemma.
