The Butler mini toothbrush I ordered online was filled incorrectly. The product description on the web page did not clearly state the specific type and quantity in the package either.
The purchase is not large enough to justify the hassle of returning it. It does leaves a black mark on Amazon.
I bought 3 different types of mini toothbrushes, adding up to no more than a handful or an ounce. The items came separately on different days, not to mention being charged twice with outrageous shipping cost (one of the item had free shipping, THANKS A LOT).
The game of shipping and handling leaves a very bad impression for the costumers.
