I rated this at two stars, on the off chance this product actually does boost hair, skin, and nails...
I currently use Buried Treasures Women's Formula, and am quite happy with it. I thought I'd give this one a try as well - but after just one use, I knew I couldn't take to this the way I did the other. The taste is so awful - it literally has the taste of bile. I can't make myself drink something everyday when it tastes like that - and because of that I can't say whether this product works or not. I'm giving it two stars based on the fact I'm happy with their Women's Formula vitamins and will assume this one is probably effective - or would be for the person who doesn't mind vomit flavored supplements.
