i have very, VERY thick hair that is also very, VERY fine. it has quite a bit of natural curl in it but needs a good cut to get it going. most products weigh down my fine hair and make it look flat and greasy. my hair dresser introduced me to this on the side (they don't even carry B&b in their salon) and i've been hooked ever since. that was 3 years ago. i love this. it gives my curls enough support to make it through the day and makes my hair shiny and soft. it is enhanced when you use the supporting shampoo/conditioner but also works great on its own!Product Review: THE best for my curly (sometimes) wavey) hair!

I've tried lots of products over the years - to define curls and control frizz, on top of coloring and highlighting...THIS is it! SOFT and defined curls - no frizz! It is worth every penny to finally get the curls my hair has! From the first time I tried it, I washed and conditioned it, then put it in a ponytail while wet and went to bed, and the next morning I had more curls than ever - and way more than any other product could ever offer. I tried a few of the other Bumble and Bumble products. The grooming cream is the best finishing cream I've tried- it was just a matter of finding the right Bb product for my type of hair. The trial sizes are great for doing that - and for travel restrictions, of course. I'm using the color shampoo and conditioner for the winter months and straightening my hair, and it's another really great find.
I am SO happy to have started using Bb!!

This stuff works consistantly on my hair. Often times my hair has gotten some how used to a product after a momth or two and it doesn't work the same anymore, this stuff WORKS!
I loove it for my hair, I have thick hair that is fine and very curly.
Product Review: B&B Curls Conscious - Was Hoping for So Much More...

I'm sure this is a good product - all the B&B products I've used in the past I've been quite happy with. So I thought nothing of spending the scratch to try this one... but I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed. I have fine hair but a good bit of it, with baby waves and a couple stubborn cowlicks. I live in a very humid area (the Eastern Shore of Maryland) and in the summer, it's not even worth it to try to straighten it because it frizzes up as soon as I step out the door. I thought this product would put a little more spring into my waves but alas, it only seems to weigh my hair down and make it look dirty. And it's forumalated for fine-medium hair and I use it sparingly! Best product I've tried this summer is still John Master's Organics Sea Mist Sea Salt Spray with Lavender, HANDS DOWN. The sea salt really make the curls pop when it dries while the lavender oil keeps it from looking/feeling brittle. Oh well, you live and you learn - and if you're me, you continue to spend beaucoup money on haircare products...
