I ordered this heating wrap when my dogs destroyed my girlfriend's previous one. When I ordered it, I totally messed up my shipping address and the seller contacted me directly to verify the information. To me that's awesome service.
The purple cover to the buckwheat husk bag is soft and comfortable. My girlfriend loves it because of that and the reduced smell of buckwheat after it's been heated. She also liked the packaging.
Bottom Line: The product is exactly what it's advertised as, and you can't really ask for more than that. Buckwheat pads are great for all sorts of aches due to the moist heat they give off and flexible design.
