Don't was your money! Did nothing to help ease heel pain, maybe alittle if wore under socks around the house. Could not get a shoe to fit over top, made my shoes too tight!

This wrap works double duty to relieve bursitis, Achilles tendonitis, heel spurs or plantar fasciitis. Sewn-in Sealed IceTM gel pads, located on each side of the heel, limit abnormal movement while they provide stability and relieve pain.
