I have 3 kids and have been using Bronchipret for a loooooooong time... probably over 10 years. It is a natural cough syrup with no side effects and does not makes kids drowsy!!!....and it works for dry cough and the gucky stuff too. wouldn't trade it in for anything!!! This is the same company that makes Sinupret!!!
