Customer Review: Terrible Customer service!

The product is fine. The seller has horrible customer service! I attempted to return the belt, I phoned the The Brace Shop with my request. The then emailed me with a request for me to responded to the email they sent me. They were then going to send me the necessary information to return the belt. However I never heard from them again. I gave the sell a rating of two stars because of this.
Today I received a phone call from a woman with The Brace Shop. She berated me for about 5 minutes stating that I did not know how to use Amazon along with many other insults and accusations. Her anger elevated to the point of yelling at me. Each time I attempted to speak she spoke over me, I was not given the opportunity to state my case. She then hung up on me. I have never, in my 33 yrs of life, experienced such horrible customer service. Not only will I never us The Brace Shop again but I will tell everyone of my experience and recommending they find another company to do business with.
