No problem with supplier. Excellent service. I've used the strips many times in the past and they were perfect. They still are, however, the adhesive is now TOO good. I have a really difficult time getting the strips off my nose, even with water and soap. I've had to stop using them because my nose get so sore, even on the inside. My husband has a narrow bridge on his nose and the slightest congestion results in snorting snoring. I have tried wearing earplugs but my ears get itchy, and I'd rather sleep with him--emphasis on "sleep" and "with him." Breathe Right strips help most of the time--they are not for the throaty choking kind of snoring that may go away if you lie on your side and may require a C-PAP machine--they are just for stuffy nose snoring. They don't seem to work on my nose when I get a stuffy nose, but they help him for the most part. The generic kind don't work nearly as well, either.Product Review: Really helps you sleep
