For years, my nose would block up during my sleep, causing me to breathe through my mouth, snore and often not get enough air. When I first saw Breathe Right strips, I was put off by the price--they're pretty pricey for something so tiny. But if you have breathing issues when you sleep, I am here to tell you that this amazing little invention is worth EVERY penny. I have been wearing them for several years now and I am SO thankful to be able to actually wake up in the morning and be able to breathe through my nose--that hadn't happened in YEARS. And, as much as I doubted it when I first read the claim inside the package, if you religiously wear the strips every night, they will actually even help your breathing when you're NOT wearing them (i.e., you forget to put it on one night, are travelling, etc.).
The friends I travel with every year say that wearing the strips regularly has even improved my snoring (quite a bit, though it varies with sleeping conditions, weather, etc.). I almost never wake myself up from snoring anymore when I'm at home, so I suspect they're telling the truth!
