These work extremely well. I do not wear them every night since I am not always congested.. but when I am, these really open up the nasal passage and allow easy breathing.. and of course, reduces snoring.
Something about the sizes.. I started off on the large and they were just a little too big (I thought) and then tried the medium. The medium is really small and should only be used by people with very small noses.

I got a box of these as a gag gift. My wife insisted that I try them and it has been tremendously different. I can breathe easily through my nose while I sleep, reducing snoring and related problems. I also sleep more soundly and wake more rested.Product Review: Works!

Does what is expected. Anyone who complains about pulling them off is a wuss.
Tip: makes sure to wash your nose before putting it on. The grease on your nose make it easy to fall off.
Sometimes the strip will stick onto your pillow if you are tossing and turning a lot while sleeping, but that's not the products fault.

This is exactly what I needed. We have been buying them locally and getting screwed in the price. Amazon, even with shipping, is way better priced than the locals. I will order from Amazon again. Amazon is great!
