I do not know if it is Amazon's problem or the poor vendor but the picture does not match the description. I thought I was getting what the picture showed. If you have a nose that will not work at night, try these. My nose is the about as stuborn as they come. I have to use hormone sprays, but the sprays do not work with out these fantastic little guys. Must try!Product Review: Something to try before you buy

My suggestion before buying: lie down in sleep position; lay your thumb and index finger on either side of your nose and gently spread thumb and finger apart. This mimics the action of the nasal strips. If you notice improved air flow through your nose while in this position, then the strips will probably work for you. I do not snore, but I use them on occasion just to be able to breathe better at night. I do not use them more frequently because of the cost.Product Review: Stops Most Snoring

My wife says that when I use these strips, it stops most of my snoring. Even when I still snore, she says it isn't as loud. The strips stay in place throughout the night (unlike other products that go inside the nose).
