I have been using the breathkey for awhile and like it for its size and relative accuracy. It may be a little on the low side, but it's close enough to know if you should drive or stop drinking. The highest anyone has been so far is .15 and I haven't been over .05. Main thing is to blow very steady and looooong the first time - or there is a delay after the display says blow long.
