Product Review: Best Razor I've Ever Owned!!

For many years now I've used Norelco razors and loved them. I decided to try a foil razor just to see how it compares to my Norelco 9170 XL Smart Touch. Let me tell you, there is no comparison. The Braun 8995 360 Complete is by far the best of the two. It shaves much faster than the Norelco and I think the shave is closer. It also seems to get the hair on my neck with much greater ease. The automatic cleaning system is very quiet and leaves the razor looking like it has never been used. It also lubricates the razor and leaves it smelling like citrus. Overall I'm very impressed with this razor and I only wish that I had made the switch sooner.

I have been using an electric shaver for over 40 years and I have used all types and brands. This shaver gives the best shave I have ever received from an electric razor. The cleaning system works like a charm and provided a fresh and very clean razor ready for each new shave.

I had a 3 blade rotary shaver years ago. It tore my face up so bad after I stopped using it.

This shaver, however, is awesome. I never broke out once or got razor burn one time. I used to shave at best twice per week because I didn't have the time. This razor is easy, fast and reliable. I shave everyday now. It takes me about 3 minutes (I know because the shaver has a timer) to shave. It cleans itself.

I clean the shaver everyday. It normally requires an economy clean. The cleaning cartridges last about two months which is better than advertised.

Overall, I wish I would have bought this razor sooner. I would recommend it to anyone interested and would pay full price anytime for it.

I reluctantly replaced my dying electric shaver and can't believe how much happier I am. The new technology on the Braun 8995 is fantastic. I shaved 3 days growth in no time.
