I've used Braun shavers for years - I bought this one without researching it. Um...when you press against your face to get a close shave, THE HEAD POPS OFF. Noise level and build quality mean nothing when you can't use the stupid thing. I've been shaving with electrics for 30 years, I know it's not me - don't waste $100+ on this piece of crap.
