I have been shaving my head for over 10 years. Initially I purchased two Panasonic 3800 Wet/Dry razors. They did a good job and lasted about 8 years, using them alternately. I purchased another Panasonic, not the same model, that lasted a few months. I bought a Torq as a backup. The Torq did a good job, so, I went to buy another one. I guess they do not make them anymore. Decided to try this Braun razor which resembles the original Panasonics I had. It is fantastic. I've never had such an easy, comfortably shaved head. As a matter-or-fact I still check my head, while I'm shaving, to make sure it is removing hair. It is so smooth. I love it.
I wet my head down in the shower. I use pre electric shave. It helps the razor glide easier and it also lubricates the blades.
