I am really glad I got this item. It does hurt the first time. (In fact, the friends who I let try it couldn't finish epilating their legs.) I recommend drinking a bottle of wine first and having your partner epilate you while you close your eyes and grit your teeth. But after the first time, it's not a problem. The hairs grow at different speeds so you might want to do touch ups about every week or so (if you're going to the beach), but it doesn't hurt and it's quick. when we use it for the first time it feels great even though it misses out a few hairs in between, but then when the hair starts growing back, it looks awful coz of all the ingrown hair. Have been using ConAir Trimmer, that gives me better results than this. I seriously do not recommend this product. I do not have the receipt for this, else by now I would have returned it. This Silk-epil is really great! U don't feel that much of a pain and comparing to wax, I think it's way better! I have coarse and black hair but with this porduct, my hair is minimum for like 1 week!

I absolutely love this product and especially the price. I couldn't find this product in stores anymore, and your a blessing in disguise for still selling it. I think its the best made, easy to use model. And the package was here in just a few days. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
