I have a rechargeable shaver, which is >5 years old, and I new I needed to get a new one or grow a beard again. I chose this Braun because of the name and the price. I have been using it for a few weeks and I haven't had to change the batteries. I would have had to recharge my other shaver. It gives a nice shave also. This is a great shaver at a very low price. I previously had a Panasonic shaver that just quit working after a few years, so I replaced it with the Braun 370. The 370 seems to shave just as well as the Panasonic, but it has a couple of well thought out additional features. First, the Braun includes a trimmer-an important feature for me. Second, the cap that protects the head is part of the shaver and cannot be removed. This means that you can't lose it and it can't fall off in transit. Finally, the rotating head cover also prevents the shaver from accidentally being turned on. All in all, a well thought out, efficient shaver at a very attractive price.Product Review: Best Buy in Electric Shaver

My old shaver failed. On a lark while shopping for my next electric, I purchased one of these. Amazing buy. Cheaper than the refill kit for a Braun 360, and you can wash it with hot water.
