Since these aren't sold in every drug store, and are hard to find on line, it seems few people have discovered them. But these are great for cleaning between teeth at the gum line. I mostly use a proxa brush (an even better marvel), because it gets all the way between teeth. But for gaps too narrow for a broxa brush to get through, these interspace brush heads work great, and are the only thing that does. Between the two, my teeth look dentist-visit bright and clean all year long, and my gums are healthy.
BTW, the best way to use both brushes (proxa and interspace), is to leave the toothpaste from the general brushing in your mouth, so it's already there for these fine detail brushes*.
[*The alternative, of reflexively spitting out the general brushing toothpaste, then trying to get enough toothpaste loaded onto these tiny implements, to cover your whole set of teeth, just doesn't work. Dentists and hygienists like to suggest dipping the proxa brush or interdental brush head in a bit of mouth wash (like Lysterine), but don't be fooled. The cleaning comes from physical brushing, plus very fine abrasives in all toothpastes, and a mild detergent (in all toothpastes) solublizing material into the aqueous environment present. One dip of mouthwash is largely gone after working the first tooth gap. And redipping for each tooth gap is arduous, and over time will load your mouthwash container with back-carried debris (which will either become sterile but nonetheless icky-looking, or in a worst-case scenario just might breed superbugs immune to the active chemical in the mouthwash).]
