Product Review: Item great, but...Shipping Problems

The foil and cutter block were exactly as described, however Amazon shipped me an empty box with another customer's packing slip inside. Customer service had trouble expalining this occurrence and the situation had to be escalated to a customer service supervisor who finally sent me the item I ordered. Amazon was unable to explain how I received a strangers packing slip for a "hydraulic pump" sent to me in an empy box. At least they corrected the problem with courtesy.Product Review: Perfect fit!

Naturally, this item is a perfect fit on the Braun 360. I picked out the razor system itself because they recommend changing the foil and block every 18 months. I have replaced it three times in the last year. The foil has small perforations to push your hair into the trimming area...which is great... until some of the metal pieces of the foil break off and those small perforations start combining to get larger and larger. I have had this shaver for years and replaced this item every year, but this is the first time that I get one not made by Braun. It is definetely a great price but it does not perform like their original. It's better to pay the extra few bucks and get the original. Product Review: Close Shave!
