I've had the Syncro 7526 razor for nearly 1 1/2 years now.. a few months ago the "charger/cleaner" base broke and couldn't be fixed... with the year warranty up, I now have just the razor, and have been manually cleaning it daily..
Just a few weeks ago, I noticed that my facial hair felt like it was being pulled rather then cut.. I examined the foil head and noticed that there were a few holes in it.. hence the pulling rather then cutting..
It's kind of disturbing when buying a product you spend roughly $100 for and in just over a year it starts to fall apart.. Now I'm having to go through trying to find a replacement head for it.. and so far around town it's hard to find.. I'm figuring I'll have to go online and purchase the replacement parts.
All in all this is a nice razor.. I'm sure I just got a lemon.. that one out of a million bad razor sets.. but I must admit this has left a bad taste in my mouth for the Braun name.
I've had a Norelco electric razor prior to this but gave it to a friend when I "upgraded" to the Braun 7526.
