I absolutely love it. It works just as promised and the lighting is great. the first time is the worst time, because the skin isn't used to it and there's so much hair, but if you stay on top of it and do it frequently, it becomes painless. Because hair grows at different rates, you'll only get some hair on the first go-through. The next day, do it again, and you'll get more. Do it again on a third day, and most of the hair below the skin should be gone. From there, about once or twice a week. Shave for added smoothness. When shaving, the smoothness seems to last much longer. I adore the built-in light! It really helps! And I was impressed at how short the hairs can be and still be plucked. This eipillator is so good, I almost want to buy two so that I have a spare should something happen to my current one.
