Looked at this product type at Brookstone......$399. Took a chance on this one at about 1/2 the price and works every bit as well. Very pleased with it's performance. Only question was no warranty came with it. Had to call the factory to get warranty info. They should include warranty info with the item.Product Review: do not recommend 3Q Foot / Calf Massager

I was disappointed in the 3Q Foot/Calf Massager because the kneading discs do not go up the calf, as advertised. When I asked how to return the product, I was told I had only 7 days and there could not be any damage done to the shipping box, which arrived with a tear on it. I would be responsible for their $45.00 shipping cost but it only cost me $17.00 to return it in the same manner that it was shipped. I would not recommend this product or the 3Q company and I doubt that only 1 massager is available.Product Review: excellent

I love this product and use it almost everyday. I just wish that it had heat too. I'm a cashier and am on my feet all day long so its nice to relax and have a foot and leg massage when I come home.Product Review: very happy!

I ordered this for my husband's birthday and it was a hit! The customer service was excellent! I sent an e-mail asking for faster shipping and received a reply right away advising me that the shipping would cost almost as much as the item and they would be shipping first thing the next day. Luckily, the delivery got to my house on the day of my husband's birthday. Now if I could get my kids to stop enjoying it so much!
