I started using this when I was training to do the breast cancer 3 day walk and no matter what shoes, what size, what socks I was wearing, how long I had used the shoes, etc., I would still end up with blisters after only about 4 or 5 miles.
After using this, I had no problems at all!
It saved me a ton of money on special socks, different shoes, etc to combat the blisters!
