i bought this unit to try to rehab after surgery. It is stable and has cushioned hoops. It holds up well...you just have to start off slowly...good deal..nice product!Product Review: thighmaster

ok product. does not put much pressure towards thighs to help tone. i could do over 100 reps and still not feel a burn. not for those already in some shape. also hard and indents skin. would advice to place blanket or towel between grip and thigh. tough to stay in between legs so do have to hold on to entire time
