I have chronic back pain, I put these pads on my back and they were soaked in the morning and my back felt much better. I use them whenever my back hurts. I also put them on the back of my neck when I'm about to have a migraine and it makes it so the migraine is way less painful or takes it away completely. If I use them after the migraines starts they are less effective.
I started using them on my feet and it sucks all the toxins out of my body and makes me feel healthy. Once I had an infection in my toe that had healed all swollen-like. I wore the pad over my toe one (not one the wound, but around it) and it brought the swelling down. I did it the next night again and by the next day my toe was completely better, and it had been weeks of trying to make it heal.
I'm really glad I found these.

Received my order very quickly, and I put them to work the first night. I loved the way I could sense my feet as I was laying in bed and have to believe these pads really do awaken circulation. I felt so much energy the next day. Used them again 2 days later and had the same feeling.
My wife was impressed with my reaction, so she asked to use them the next night, and really enjoyed them as well. Have to get some more so I can share with her and run a full cycle of these myself!
I also like the minimal packaging materials as an environmentally sound practice. Try these!
Product Review: The Best in detoxing your body.

I have been using Kinoki Detox pads for 7 weeks and they are great. The smell isn't as strong as other detox pads. Once I remove them I wash my feet with soapy warm water and the smell was gone. I also have pretty pink feet. My feet were dark on the bottom and now they are beautiful. I went to my doctor for a check up and he ask me what was I doing different because my A1C blood count went from 8 to 6.5 which is excellent for me since I'm Diabete. Since using the patch I wake up feeling great, I eat better and my skin has improved. I started juicing all my vegetables and I juice carrots with apples and drink a glass of each every morning. I feel better everyday and recommend these patches. It took a while for the patches to lighten up but my body was so toxin from drinking,smoking and eating the wrong foods. I have used these particular foot detox pads for over a year now (on and off). I get swelling in my feet, numbness and stiffness in my feet which I experience when I wake up in the a.m. When I use these at night, I do not have the numbness, stiffness and swelling. When I haven't used them for awhile, I can tell the difference, so I just purchased a few more boxes (Amazon has a very good price). I suppose one could spend $1,500 or more on those foot detox baths, but it's far less hastle and expense to do this. I can really say I notice the difference when I use them.Product Review: This product is the best! Yay! Be careful who is shipping it.

DON'T order it from Instock Novelties or any other company as they ship cheap imitations and then want you to take your time and trouble to ship them back to get a refund. So again, order from BodyRelief Pain Relief Detox Foot Pads themselves or Amazon...not any others such as Instock Novelties.
We LOVE the real BodyRelief. Our entire family, including teens and 20 somethings swear by these and use them for all kinds of things. When I talked to my daughter yesterday, she was rushing some packages over to a bride who had just sprained her ankle. My husband hurt his back painting and has worn them for two nights..back pain is gone now. Yay! My housekeeper has been struggling for years with terrible migraines..several per week and constant medications. I gave her some to use the other day and she called up and asked, "What is in these things?" She asked if she could get some more as it has cut way down on her need for prescription drugs. Yay, is all I can say!
