Product Review: Don't buy these if you are sensitive to bad odors

These pads might work, but I wasn't able to use them more than one night. The pads smell terribly, but I tried putting them on my feet overnight anyway. By morning the smell was even worse, and I didn't feel any better. I scrubbed my feet for half an hour, but the smell wouldn't go away. It had just soaked into the soles of my feet like nothing I have ever known before. It was a week before it went away, even with repeated twice daily scrubbing, as well as soaking my feet every day for half an hour. I am extra sensitive to scents though. I can't really review how they work though, since I couldn't use them more than once.Product Review: Don't know if it did anything, but feels good

I can't really say I tried this to relieve particular pain, and it didn't magically make aches and pains disappear as many reviewers said but then again it sounds like you have to try these out for a while.
Anyway, it does feel tingly and nice on the feet while you sleep, and it certainly was very dark every morning when I used them. Eh, I dunno, I just figured I would give it a shot. I am interested in detox things but I guess I generally get discouraged by how little consensus there seems to be out there on what really works and what is just placebo effect (which is a real effect anyway I guess).
Big con is that this would be expensive to do for any extended period of time.

I have used BodyRelief Footpads on many occasions. My wife first introduced me to them and I was unsure as to how effective they would be. I am in my 60's and an elementary school teacher. I am exposed to colds and flu on a regular basis. These have helped me on many occasions when I was beginning to feel worn and tired just before getting ill. I use the footpads and they help me nip the illness in the bud or not get ill to the same degree as my colleagues. I have tried several kinds of food detox pads in the past, a few of which really don't live up to their claims. I have some minor food allergies and other aches, and I actually did feel better after using these pads. They are smaller than many of the other pads I am used to using, and this allows targeting of specific areas each night without sending your body into a detox-shock. It appears I have not lost weight or water from using them, and it also seems they are not causing any mineral/vitamin/prescription medication loss. I do not use them continually, but every third night or so. They do not smell as bad as many of the other pads after use.Product Review: Energizing Detox!!!!!!!!

I really recommend this product to anyone who is not just looking to flush out toxins from their body, but also for anyone who is not a morning person! I originally bought these foot pads to naturally clean out my system, which not only does that wonderfully, but after each night I use them, I wake up refreshed, not tired, and very energized! I am not a morning person! I always used to wake up in the morning and still feel very tired, to the point where I felt like I needed to drink an extra large cup of coffee to actually be awake. However, I have stopped drinking coffee now after using these foot pads regularly because I feel great and fully AWAKE in the morning! Not only that though! I have terrible seasonal allergies and frequently wake up with my eyes, nose, and throat itching like crazy! However, after using these foot pads directly on my feet for the first night, in the morning I woke up with no allergy symptoms at all! Results may vary with each person, but this has definitely worked for me and I will buy again and again. Thank you! By the way, the smell does smell like a wood kind of smell and vinegar after taking them off, but after rinsing your feet the smell is gone. I don't mind it at all.
