Product Review: Big Surprise

Just like everyone else on here I was very skeptical just thinking what can a pouch filled with god knows what is going to do for me. After applying them before bedtime when I woke up I was very curious about how they are going to look. When I took them off, I was shocked, they were dark as coal. I was shocked, because that was a first sign for me that indeed they are doing something. After 2 days of using them (they were just as dark for 3 days on day 4 they started getting lighter) I have noticed that my chronic cold was gone, no more running nose which I had for couple months, no more fever that would come and go and my back which was always hurting a little is pain free. Even now I am still skeptical that a small thing like that could do all of that and take care of my medical problems that I decided to live with and not treat. I am truly amazed that it fixed things that I did not think could be fixed, but the biggest surprise is that since I have started using the pads I discontinued using my blood pressure medications since I no longer needed them. Even on medications my blood pressure was always high and impossible to control with hourly swings for the past 6 days while using the pads my blood pressure is perfect its 125/75 and my average lowest always was 145/95 and my pulse which is always btw 95 and 110 is now for a 5th day in a row around 75-80. So honestly as much as I don't want to believe that this small pad can help so much BUT there is nothing else I am doing or taking that would help me with all the things above, so it must be working! I am slowly becoming a believer and I would really recommend them to anyone and everyone, you've got nothing to lose besides some toxins in your body, you will be amazed with what this little pad will help you with (most likely something you don't even expect). I tried these for three nights straight so far and I actually feel improvement in my sleep! I have a mattress that has been TERRIBLE lately. I desperately need to replace it and my sleep has been less than ideal because of it. I wake up at least once, sometimes twice a night because of my back pain. When I wore these pads the first night, I did notice that I was not groggy in the morning, but was still in pain during the night. The second night I continued having a non-groggy morning, but during the night I awoke feeling not as stiff. On the thrid night I actually slept completely through the night for a full 7 hours uninterrupted! I awoke feeling loose and relaxed. Not an Olympic gymnast per se, but I could hop out of bed with a little spring in my step, like I had a good massage and stretch. That was truly the first time in months!
As for the packaging, if you read the product description, they do state that a professional package is available upon request. When you order just leave the seller a message, they got right back to me immediately. Otherwise, you will get a plain package. So if you are getting this as a gift for someone, you may want to request the formal packaging.
I do not believe that these detox pads will perform miracles but they definitely help. And believe me, I am the first person to tell anyone what loads of crap is out there.

Ihave tried a few different brands of pads and this is the most well made .It uses high quality materials that are easy to use. No adhesive that is hard to get off and put on because they are to thin(cheap,cheap)and I am not a little bird. Or pads that are only half full, and I walk around smelling like a tossed salad-the vinegar. As a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, I see a lot of individuals with bad backs, in addition to the usual aches and pains. And of course, our strength and flexibility building sessions can generate new muscle soreness two or three times a week. I often recommend Body Relief detox pads to my clients ease their discomfort as they get in shape. I've been using them for years myself, and it's interesting to observe skeptics turn into true believers after just a couple uses.
I took note of one person who complained about the odor of the pads when she removed them. Believe me: what comes out of your body is what goes into your body. If you've been eating garlic, even if I don't smell it on your breath, I know from your sweat. Body toxins can have powerful odors, and my experience as a trainer suggests that if the smell was that objectionable, it was proof that she needed to use the Body Relief detox pads more often, not less.
Product Review: Didn't work for me

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. The product looked ok, easy to use. In the morning the pads would be brown, but physically I didn't notice any difference. I have been having plantar fasciatis problem (so the problem it's really in my feet).
