The BodyRelief pads are amazing! I have been using them once a week for a few years now. I like many of the other reviewers was skeptical at first of how well these would work, but I have to say this product is one of the best I have tried. I use them mainly for detoxification, and energy but I have also used them for various aches and pains as needed and I have noticed relief from them on that front as well. I had surgery on my uterus a few years ago and I still have some pain in the area (the doc says scar tissue build up) during different times in my cycle. I have used the BodyRelief on that and it seems to help a lot with the pain. As far as using them for detoxification, I swear by them! I have suffered from chronic fatigue for years and have noticed that the pads make a BIG difference in my energy level! If you are even on the fence about buying these, I highly recommend that you give them a try. They are well worth the money for the huge difference they should make in your life!Product Review: An Outstanding Product!

We gave these to my 88 year old mother and she is using them for everything from sore joints to swelling. Even she, who was skeptical at first admitted that they helped her with both edema and the pain she was having in her knees. My sister uses them for all kinds of things including headaches and muscle soreness. A strange product indeed but who can argue with the results? Highly recommended!Product Review: As Expected....

I was skeptical when I bought these, I'll admit it. Now that I've tried them, I'm not a die hard fan of them, but I'll admit, either they have a strong psychological hold on you to make you believe you feel better, or they actually work. I've been sick with a cold for about a month, and after trying everything else, a friend recommend these. so I decided, why not, I've ddone stranger things in pursuit of a cure.... I tried them, and during the night, I got up to go to the bathroom three times, which I rarely ever do. So, I figured, either I had lots of "toxins" that I got rid of, or I just really had to pee. The next morning I woke up, took off the pads and washed my feet. [the smell isn't as bad as other reviewers say it is, it smells like wood vinegar, which they clearly label as a main ingredient] I noticed my nose was running little to none, [big change] and I didn't cough up any phlegm, which I had been doing every morning in extreme anmounts this past month. I dont feel like Superman right now, but I dont feel like complete crap, which I had anticipated for today.Product Review: Awesome product

This patches are a bit pricey, but they are awesome. It feels like they are stronger then other brands i bought - at least that is what is my feeling in the morning, after i take them off. The only thing - the pack lasts only for 5 days, and if you are going for the serious cleaning - that money could add up really quickly.Product Review: Better than other brands, but also more expensive

New Update 12/4/2010 - Just received my 2nd batch of this product. The adhesive has changed. The new adhesive pads are much better. They stick better and doesn't leave that sticky residue like before.
The only complaint I have this time around is that the seller just enclosed the items in plastic bags with NO LABELS. When my husband first saw it he thought I ordered tea bags. I consider that very careless, tacky, and dangerous of the seller to not enclose ANY labels with this new package. What would happen if I wasn't home and someone decided to brew these bags? I know times are tough but NOT THIS TOUGH!! Just slap on a sticker or label that says these are foot detox bags! (I would take off a star but this isn't a product issue but a seller issue.)
I tried the Japanese version and although the Japanese pads are bigger and adhesive is better, my feet still ache in the morning. So I purchased just 1 packet of these to test them out. (NOTE: 1 packet = 10 pads for 2 feet = 5 nights worth). Then 2 days of non-usage and then the cycle begins again. At $15.99 a packet x 4 weeks = $63.96/month. This is not a cheap product!
My experience:
After the first night I can feel a tingling effect in the morning and my feet didn't ache as much. I thought it was weird and tried it again the second night. I shifted the pads a bit down to the parts the first set of pads didn't cover and the ache/pain in the other part of my feet lessened too. By now, I'm hooked. Anything to keep my feet from aching in the morning is worthwhile to me. I don't know how many others experience this but my feet have ached so bad I had to wake up in the middle of the night just to massage it so I can go back to sleep.
I know it's not my shoes causing the problem because I can go barefoot all week and still have this problem. The only time my aching feet goes away is if I get a 45 minute foot massage OR if I walk on sand for 45+ minutes at the beach. But after a week, the aches and pains are back.
That's why seeing the word "detox" got my attention. I've only used it for 4 days now but I already had to re-order if I want to continue the process. I do wear socks after I apply this because the adhesive is so weak that it slips off my feet in the middle of the night. Of course, I can't imagine a stronger adhesive because my feet is already sticky in the morning due to the current level of adhesiveness.
The problem with the socks is sometimes it stains my socks with the brown liquid the pads make, it's not too bad, but it's still kind of gross. But bottom line, my feet aren't hurting anymore! So if this product continues to work and make my feet feel better, I'll continue to use it. I hope eventually these pads can detox me and I won't have to use it anymore. The herbal smell is not something I look forward to in the morning.
