Although this product works wonders for some, it did nothing for me. Maybe it is because my carb count is below 20 and my fat is very low as well. But, I bought it thinking it would take over where my diet and exercise left off. From the other reviews I am sure it works if you eat a lot of carbs and fat, but if you don't I would not buy it.
