It is so easy and simple to replace the ring!
I removed the broken ring and 10seconds and replaced the other 1 like new. Perfect Fit, really happy with this product. Would buy this product again, looking now for a different color one to change it around! Purchase with confidence, good product!

I purchased the trackball and was a little concerned about putting it in correctly. However, it was very easy to insert and my blackberry is working great. I thought that i was going to have to buy a new phone. I did some googling online and found this great product and a description on how to change them out. It is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3. Be careful because you are working with electronics but other then that it is easy. I tried just cleaning the old one, but it was worth it to get a new one. I forgot how well they worked new!
