I have severe dry mouth and have found that not only does this dramatically improve my condition, it has no lingering aftertaste and does not cause the weird flavor interaction with citrus and other foods. Xylitol is used to sweeten this product, as opposed to saccharin which can cause a gag reflex and the weird flavor interaction. I use this product with the Biotene PBF mouthwash with good results.
