I've had one of these for many years. For the longest time the FDA protected us from being able to buy these wonderful devices (sarcasm!) but it appears that is no longer the case. I bought mine from a store in London. I've had really bad hay fever most of my life, and while this won't cure it, it really helps keep it under control unless the conditions are severe at which point I have to revert to some medications for a while. I love my BioNase.
I don't give it five stars as it is not a total solution to serious hay fever. Other than that I think it's great.
