The product Biofreeze is great. I think I still like the roll-on the best. The gel is good too and the spray has a stronger odor while spraying.
As for the service: I sent an e-mail when I did not get the product but received the other items I ordered. The response made me feel like I had done something wrong because I threw the envelope away. They finally sent my product and it is what I wanted so I am happier now. I just don't like to beg for what I buy. They need a better way of tracking who ships what. The purchase order has a better chance of being kept over the envelope.
