I ordered BioFreeze but I did not receive that item. I did receive the 3-pack 3oz roll-on but it was labeled Cat's Claw. The active ingredients were the same. The end result of temporary relief of upper arm pain was what I was seeking even if it was not labeled BioFreezeProduct Review: Did not get what I ordered

I ordered and paid for Biofreeze. What I recieved was a lesser product that I am not happy with at all. I will do my shopping else where in the future.

Ordered Biofreeze through an Amazon "merchant". Paid $27.00 for 1-3 day delivery. Several days later, received a product called CatsClaw with $3.05 postage on it after paying $27.00 for expedited delivery. Contacted the merchant. They refunded my full purchase price and $27.00 postage and told me to keep the incorrect product they sent me. Consequently I bought Biofreeze from another on-line source.Product Review: Biofreeze Gel
