I ordered two of Bidets to replace in our master and guest bathrooms. The package came within three days of order in two seperate packages, even though I selected normal ground shipment. May be thats how the logistics is set up.
Anyways, the assembly is simple indeed, but it uses very sub-standard seals and too many moving parts while assembly that could have been avoided in design. Fixed in 15 minutes but needed 2 hours to fix the leaks getting in new seals, trips to Home depot, etc. I would not recommend or order this bidet again. The package does come with an extra T-adaptor, I think that the manufacturer realized the failure of their product and are providing the corrected T-adaptor. I would recommed two things, light hand tight the adaptor, tighter twist shears the sealing and manufacturer to use better sealing design and material. Also change design for the t-adaptor.
Inshort, I would prefer to order some other models, saving $10-$15 may cause more damage if this system leaks.
