I purchased these for a friend who just had her baby and was nursing, and I figured she could use a quick snack when she didn't have time to make one. She said they were delicious, and so I bought some for myself and I LOVE them. They're not too sweet, and a little expensive, but they do the job. And, I don't feel guilty eating them! I like them better than Luna bars. Luna bars are yummy, but a little too sweet for me.
