Customer Review: BEWARE OF BELL AND HOWELL !!!

Don't order ANYTHING from Bell and Howell. They over charged my credit card and will not reimburse me. They keep saying that they can't find me in their computer. I called my credit card company and they said I will have to refuse the package when it comes in the mail and they will try to help me after the charge goes through. I am filing a complaint against them with the FTC and BBB. I hope someone will be able to do something about them!
