I have had this item plugged into my wall for two weeks, and so far, so good. I was killing 2 or 3 of the flying roaches known in the South as palmetto bugs. I have not seen one in my house since I plugged it in. No sound. No muss. No fuss. No palmetto bugs. Fingers crossed it really is working.Product Review: Still There.......

I live in a rural area and have had an issue in my garage with mice. I was wanting to find a humane way to get them out. I purchased this product with high hopes it would do as it said and send the mice elsewhere. Unfortunately, it did absoulutely nothing. I have had this product in my apt now for several weeks and I still see bugs. I haven't seen any spiders, but crickets and beetles are still around. Also, the noise that the machine makes is a little annoying. I had to keep it in my bathroom with the door closed all the time.Product Review: THEY ARE GREAT, NO MORE SCRATCHING ,KNAWING SOUNDS. Product Review: This one's ACTUALLY SILENT (well almost)

I bought a diferent brand (at Walmart)that was supposed to be silent to all but rodents and it was so loud that I had to unplug it after a couple of hours, I was afraid it would happen again with this one but I was WRONG! You can't hear it at all (unless you try really hard) and within hours the vast majority of my rodent problem was GONE--I still have a few straglers but only in the "soft" areas where the sound waves can't get at them. Great product I plan to buy more.
