I am not sure if it really works. All I know is that I get constipation problem when I use it. I think it breaks down ALL the fibers, so it somehow defeats its own purpose. So, I just take one pill instead of recommended two and take it when I consume a great deal of vegetables.Product Review: Pretty good!

So far I have been using this product with great success since I started eating a lot more vegetables, whole grains, and nuts. I definitely recommend it though I was shocked to find the price on Amazon is more expensive that at Target!!!! Amazon's prices usually are very good, but you can find better with this product.Product Review: try accuflora instead

Beano worked well for me for about a year, but its effectiveness wore off after that. The good news is that I actually found a permanent cure for my digestive ailments using a probiotic called accuflora. I discovered this by accident and after 12 days of accuflora, I was able to eat beans, onions, cabbage, and bell peppers again. Unfortunately nuts and pears still give me gas, but at least I can now handle all vegetables.
