Bayer's Heart Health Advantage supplement is a very good part of one's daily diet, since the Heart Health Advantage supplement decreases bad cholesterol in the GI tract, contains "phytosterol" and a chemical in some vegetables and nuts, and has the support of scientific research. Professors Lamarch, Mauger and Jones in the School of Dietics and Human Nutrion at McGill Univ. in Canada write that phytosterol "possesses substantial potential to reduce cardiovascular disease risk through its beneficial actions in modulation of lipid concentrations" [...]. Thus, Bayer's Heart Health Advantage is worth trying daily when trying to lower cholesterol.
