Throw it in the bin or NEVER buy it! The software download is very problematic. The LOGIN data that were transmitted after the registration process did not work. The HOTLINE support is NOT existent and a call back has never been made from BAYER to solve the problems. This product is in its way excellent but all the circumstances deserve a rating of MINUS 10 STARS if they would have been available. The strips are totally OVERPRICED. BAYER HEALTHCARE launched an article at FINANCIAL TIMES GERMANY that they are trying to sell it more often in the USA but with this sample of SERVICE DESERT - as it is common practice in Germany - BAYER does not triumph and will fail in the long term. The GERMAN HEADQUARTER was also not reachable for a comment and the given phone number on their main German webpage is INCORRECT. The fish stinks from the head. The whole staff at BAYER HEALTHCARE USA should be fired for their "DILETTANTISM". FORGET this product!
