ViscoSpot Bilateral Heel Cushions work well in my shoes. It helps relieve the pain in my heel. I suffer from plantars faciitis. The exercises to stretch the plantar pascia and achilles tendon were also helpful. I stand on the bottom stair and stretch the back of my leg several times a day. Would recommend them to a friend.
